Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we confirm your order. If we cannot fulfil it — a product sells out, or a price is listed in error — we will tell you and refund anything already paid, in full.

Stock is reserved when your order is placed. If an item turns out to be unavailable we will contact you before shipping the rest.

Where you buy as a business rather than as a consumer, the consumer guarantees do not apply.
